OK, so you have been made redundant and lost your job. First of all, relax, don't blame yourself. The global recession has hit every one and you are not alone. Official figures show that over 2 million people in the UK alone are now unemployed.

Instead see this as a blessing to finally get to do some of those things you have been dreaming of doing for so long.
